Power of the Palate with Kathiana | EP. 106

This week we are finally getting back into interviews and I would like to introduce Kathiana who recently published the book, The Power of the Palate: Through the Great Exchange. The book is about how food bridges the gaps of culture and its potential to help improve conflict resolution and promote diplomacy. She aims to teach people that while we all may speak different languages, have different cultures, and live in different places, we're unified by the oohs and mm's of our palates when dining or exchanging a meal with someone. Listen to learn more!
